CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and maintain our commitment to our clients and staff, we have implanted the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Timeframe: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for a booking. 2. Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
